How accurate is it?
No fake follower checker is 100% accurate, and the big ones do not publish a number. We checked ours. In October 2026 we reviewed 150 followers of real accounts by hand, without seeing our verdicts: 96% of the accounts we called likely fake were fake, spam or empty inactive accounts, and 90% of the accounts we called real were real, active people. Suspicious is a mixed group, about half inactive or fake and half real people with sparse profiles, so it is reported separately. On a sample of 4,750 followers, the single-account model we used before would have called 41% of them bots.

Some tools audit a sample of a few thousand followers for free. Ours is paid and checks the whole list (or the newest 10,000 or 100,000 for large accounts), gives the reason for every flag, and includes the follower data as a CSV. You can see a full sample report before you buy.
Each follower is scored from profile signals (account age, profile photo, posting history, how many accounts it follows compared with how many follow it, auto-generated usernames, an empty bio) together with our machine learning model. A flag is a reason to look closer, not proof that an account is fake.
